Water Quality & Pre-Filters
To maintain optimal performance and protect your investment, it’s essential to ensure proper pre-filtration before installation. Especially in regions with lower tap water quality.
In areas such as Indonesia, tap water can contain higher levels of sediment, chlorine or heavy metals that may damage the system over time.
Installing a high-quality pre-filter is strongly recommended to protect your K8 and maintain consistent water quality.
You are free to use any compatible pre-filter system that meets local water quality needs.
For installations arranged through Premium Water Certified, our team can advise on suitable options, including the F8 High-Grade Pre-Filter (IDR 1,630,000).
Please note: damage or performance issues caused by poor water quality or lack of pre-filtration are not covered under certification or warranty.
